I challenge myself to be and do more.

I love expanding my horizons!

Each morning when I awake, I ask myself, “What can I do today to accomplish more, strengthen my abilities, and increase my knowledge?”

I find that it makes life more exciting and opens up new opportunities that I never could have imagined.

It’s like the old commercial says: “You only go ’round once in life, so grab for all the gusto you can!”

Life is a great adventure and I enjoy it to its fullest!

My unflagging spirit of adventure enables me to step outside my comfort zone with anticipation of what I will find along my journey.

Challenging myself to accomplish more brings me accolades at work.

I become a more valued employee when I find ways to do more in less time and bring in more value to the company’s bottom line.

Strengthening my abilities helps me enjoy all aspects of my life.

I dare myself to use my abilities to their limit, and then go a little farther.

I seek out opportunities to develop new talents and strive to perfect them, too.

In all I do, I welcome the chance to increase my knowledge of the world around me.

I maintain a healthy curiosity about everything and I pursue further education so I can achieve greater and greater success.

Today, I challenge myself to learn something new and step outside my comfort zone to push myself past my mental barriers.

I enjoy the challenge of new activities in the workplace.

Having different projects and responsibilities at work brings me variety and keeps me from boredom.

At the same time, meeting these new challenges also makes me more valuable to my employer.

A new challenge keeps me alert and provides me with the opportunity to learn new skills.

I strengthen my self-respect and confidence and find that I enjoy my work more and more as I get better and better at what I do.

New experiences add layers to my skills that make me stronger.

Just as a tree adds layers to its bark that make the tree more resilient, so, too, do I add to my strength with new challenges and experiences at work.

I welcome every new idea and activity that my work affords me.

I banish any thoughts of fear or doubt and tackle every project with anticipation.

If I need some help with a new activity, I figure out who the best person to help me would be and I feel no hesitation in asking them for assistance.

That way, I know I can learn from the best.

I am thankful that my work provides such wonderful opportunities to help me learn, grow, and be more successful in my career.

Today, I plan to tackle new activities at work with confidence and I look forward to the many benefits awaiting me.

I am safe because I have a well thought-out recovery plan waiting to be launched.

In times of crisis, I am prepared. Planning ahead is a gift of security that I give to myself.

Staying on offense allows me to be one step ahead of unexpected circumstances.

Long before a problem strikes, when my mind is clear, I design my plan.

My plan is accessible to me at any time. I plan because I have resolved to live a life of peace.

Life is unpredictable, therefore I try to prepare myself as best as I can.

My life is precious, therefore I take good care of my family and myself.

I have peace in the midst of crisis because I am secure.

Because I plan ahead, I enjoy the calm before the storm.

I also remain calm during the storm because I know that I am protected. Even after the thunder comes to an end, I choose to be calm.

When I see a raging storm in front of me I resist the impulse to panic.

I remind myself that I have sunshine in my back pocket.

Crisis cannot bend me out of shape because peace is my core support.

I am a beacon of hope for the people around me.

Having a plan available to me helps me to take care of myself and those around me.

Others look to me as a role model so I remain strong in my resolve and inner peace.

I can be joyful in the midst of trouble. I can recover from life’s greatest challenges.

My plan helps me walk through the fire with my peace intact.

I tackle the ordinary with new strategies and tools that I bring to the playing field.

I rise above the competition by greeting the ordinary with a constantly renewed reservoir of a fresh mindset.

I know that learning and growing requires effort on my part and I am happy to make that effort.

I let go of the idea that I can excel while sitting on my posterior, merely plucking what I need or want from the stream of life as it flows by me.

I may glean something of value every now and then, but not nearly enough to achieve my goals.

Instead, I go out in search of the tools and skills I need to prosper, making my personal growth and development a priority.

I take classes, read books written by intelligent and successful people, and surround myself with those who help me reach my highest potential.

I believe that life tends to repeat itself and that there are very few new problems in this world.

I resist the tendency to address the same old problems in the same old ways.

Because I want to break free of the hamster wheel and to make a difference, I choose my closest companions among those who think outside the box.

I know that their thought patterns will spark greater creativity on my own part.

By expanding my mind and honing my skills, I know that I can help others expand their productivity, too. Together, we are a stronger team.

I release myself from worry when priorities change.

I let go of unrealistic expectations. It’s not possible to see all the way to the end of my life and to anticipate every change along the way.

When my priorities change – as they will, likely again and again over the course of my life – I release myself from worry.

Things may not be part of my original plan, but I trust that everything will work out anyway.

By letting go of worry, I free up my energy to find the best and most constructive way of dealing with the situation at hand.

By accepting the situation and letting go of my ideas of what could have, should have, or might have been, I release myself to discover and draw out all that is inherently good in my new circumstances.

Only by being open to uncertainty and change can I truly discover all that life has to offer me.

I let go of the impulse to sit down in the road and sulk because it took a twist I wasn’t expecting.

I recognize that going backward is an impossibility.

So I keep moving forward, knowing that walking down an unexpected path is still progress, no matter if the scenery may have changed.

I allow myself to rise above the challenges by being proactive.

Challenges in life are inevitable and I am not afraid of them.

I know that I am smart and that I was given the ability to plan and problem-solve by my Creator.

I take an active role in my own life. I let go of the idea that I am a victim of my circumstances.

Instead, I use my God-given power of intelligence to plan strategies ahead of time that help me deal with the bumps in my road.

Because I am an intelligent adult, I have the freedom to change my circumstance if I find them unacceptable.

No one is forcing me to stay in challenging situations.

I stay because I choose to do so, or I leave because I feel it is best. Either way, the choice is mine.

I let go of impulsive reactivity. I know that I am in charge of my own life.

I draw strength from the knowledge I have within me to face each challenge.

Because I am confident of this, I can face each new situation calmly and reflectively, making decisions based on what I know to be best.

If I need help in sorting through my thoughts and options, I am not afraid to ask for help from those who have lived longer or experienced more of life.

Doing so is a sign of maturity, not weakness, and is an important part of my decision to live intelligently.

I am fully capable of managing any challenge that comes my way.

I can overcome any challenge on my journey to victory.

On my journey to victory, I can overcome any challenge that is set before me like a mountain standing in my way.

Armed with courage I push myself to climb as far as it takes to get to the other side.

I press on because victory awaits me at the top, but only if I persevere.

Determination is what makes me an invincible force throughout the journey.

Regardless of what I see around me, above me, or even below me, I am determined to finish what I have started because it is my promise to myself.

I put on the gloves of persistence in order to firmly grip the side of the mountain so I can stay the course.

One step at a time, I press on in my walk no matter what tries to get in my way. Even when inclement weather slows my pace, I continue to press on.

Life is not about how fast I travel, but about enjoying the journey to my destiny.

I am strong and courageous enough to confront challenges head on. My passion drives me forward in spite of challenges.

I am confident that my abilities are greater than whatever trials I my face.

I know that I can overcome challenges with grace and poise when I walk with self-assurance.

Today, I choose not to simply face challenges, but to embrace them as opportunities to soar.

I am climbing higher than ever before, certain that I will reach the top where I will give a shout of victory.
