I welcome change in my career, attitude, behavior, and lifestyle.

Change is a good thing and I let go of any tendency to resist it.

Change is a catalyst that can bring me many benefits in all areas of my life.

Changes in my career can result in good fortune.

Is my goal to remain static in my career, staying right where I am for the rest of my life?

Or is it to move forward to bigger and better things?

Change is the only thing that will advance me in my profession.

Attitude changes can go a long way toward helping me achieve my goals.

The more positive my mindset, the more good that seem to happen!

Strengthening my confidence and self-esteem propels me forward while helping me to overcome challenges with ease.

By having a strong discipline, I find it easier to make wise choices to develop a new way of life.

I give myself permission to break bad habits and replace them with good ones.

To these types of changes, I say, “Bring it on!”

My lifestyle also improves as I change and grow.

Changes help me become more fulfilled.

Each change brings new knowledge and experiences, which paves the way for some exciting new opportunities!

Even changes that seem frightening at first can bring great joy when I face my fear of change.

Sometimes, when I look back, I wonder how I ever did what I did!

Today, I choose to invite change into my life and take advantage of all the benefits it can bring.

How can you help yourself feel more comfortable with changes?

How can you move forward with a change right now that will benefit you?

The cool winds of change embrace me and gently push me into a new direction.

Just like the breeze on a hot day, change is refreshing.

It breaks the stillness of complacency and reminds me to get going.

I welcome change into my life and look forward to the new adventures it brings.

As I grow and learn, I change and incorporate the new knowledge into my life.

How I react to something today may not be the same way I might have yesterday, because in that day I had new experiences and learned new things.

These changes are good because they reflect my new knowledge.

Change sometimes brings me the desire and incentive to break bad habits and form good ones.

Because I am open to change in my life, I can take advantage of them for self-improvement.

In my career, change moves me forward to seek new goals and new opportunities.

Change brings new relationships and love into my life.

All the people I know, love, and cherish arrived in my life due to changes, both within me and outside of me.

Every new person I meet brings welcome changes in their own unique way.

Change also makes it possible for me to live the life of my dreams.

Unless I want every detail of my life to remain as it is – to never move an inch forward to greater fulfillment – I know I must embrace change in my life.

Change is good!

I release any tendency to resist it and let go of fears that may hold me back from accepting it.

Today, I choose to welcome change with open arms and anticipate with joy what may come.

How have recent changes enhanced your life?

There are times when priorities change. I accept and welcome these changes as a necessary part of life.

My priorities are the things that are most important to me.

Naturally, as I grow and change throughout my life’s journey, different things become more important to me.

Changing my priorities keeps me true to myself.

When I pursue new goals, these goals may replace or take precedence over goals I had in the past.

Changing my priorities incorporates these goals into an important place in my life and helps me succeed.

When love enters my life, I change my priorities again.

I gratefully acknowledge my partner as one of the most important people in my life and redirect my priorities to allow for this change.

I create my daily schedule according to my priorities so the most important tasks are sure to get done.

On some days, a new task, goal, or challenge may be more important for that day, so I accept this and remain adaptable.

I make my decisions according to my priorities.

In this way, I always know that I am making the right decision for me.

It brings me the confidence to go ahead and act on my decisions, knowing that regrets cannot hold me hostage.

In order to follow my heart and keep true to myself, I examine my priorities often and change them as necessary to reflect on what is most important to me.

Today, I plan to re-examine my priorities and re-set them with my most important people, goals, and tasks at the top.

What’s most important to you?

How have you clarified your priorities to yourself with these most important things at the top?

Change is healthy. I refuse to get stuck in the same routines.

Just as I know that every day the sun will rise and set in its regular routine, I also know that each new dawn brings tremendous possibilities for change.

In nature, no day is exactly like the day before.

In the same way, even when my life seems routine, I realize the potential is there for me to change whatever I desire.

It is healthy for my mind and spirit to change every day routines.

Change keeps my mind sharp and my spirit energized.

When I need to complete the same tasks day after day, I can still accomplish them in different ways so I can avoid getting into a rut.

For example, my daily household chores can be done in any order I choose, so I change the order around each day.

Some days I dance while I do them and other days I sing.

Sometimes I listen to classical music and other times I rock out!

Mindless chores also give me the chance to think through new ideas and create action plans for achieving my goals.

After all, do I really need to think about garbage when I take out the trash?

Do I really need to focus on dirt when I vacuum?

I realize that the only way I can get stuck in the same routines and stagnate is if I allow myself to do so.

It is so easy to spice up the mundane, all I have to do is take swift action!

When life gets boring, I can expand my knowledge instead of watching TV.

I can learn a new hobby, practice a new skill, or go on an adventure.

Each of these changes sparks new passions and opens up even more opportunities for further fulfillment.

Today, I see life as different from any day that has come before.

I can grab hold of any opportunities I may have missed because I am willing to be adaptable.

What actions can you take to change your routines?

What exciting adventure can you plan for your next day off?

I allow the feeling of change to create peace in my life.

The one constant of nature is change.

Nothing in life is completely static, and that is a good thing, too, because change opens the door to a myriad of possibilities every day.

This knowledge brings me peace and fuels optimism for my future.

When I am going through a troubling time in my life, I can feel comfort in the knowledge that, “This, too, shall pass.”

Without a doubt, things will change.

If I am at a low point, the only place to go when things change again is up.

I am grateful that I have the power to change my life.

If I am not satisfied with something, I can transform it to something better, discover the silver lining in the situation, or change my interpretation to a more positive outlook.

The tools that help me achieve happiness and success work because of the power of change.

Take affirmations, for example.

They work because they can change my outlook, attitudes, and entire life by changing one thought at a time.

Self-improvement tools work because of the power of change.

I know that I can develop new skills and capabilities for a better future.

Change is good! I let go of any desire to resist changes in my life and embrace new opportunities.

I allow a peaceful feeling to envelop me, even in the midst of constant change.

Today, I choose to look forward to, and take advantage of, any opportunities presented to me by the changes of the day.

What recent change in your life has provided you an excellent opportunity?

How often do you take advantage of the power of change to improve your life?
