I allow myself to simply be me.

I believe that I was created by a master artist and I am confident that I am who I was meant to be, so I gladly allow myself to simply be me.

I may be a work-in-progress, but I keep myself continually open to the smoothing and shaping hands of my Maker.

I choose not to waste time worrying about what could be, if I were someone else, because I am happy being me.

I believe that there is plan for my life. I may not be able to see it all clearly right now, and that’s okay. I don’t have to be able to see every step I need to take (or why I need to take it).

I simply focus on developing the skills and talents instilled within me from the beginning. As I do so, my purpose becomes clearer, one step at a time.

Because I am confident in my purpose, I am able to relax and enjoy the success of others without feeling the need to compete.

I let go of the tendency to glorify other people’s successes and to view them as more important than my own. Some may be more glittery and noticeable than my own, but they are no more important.

I want to thrive in my own life. This means that I must let go of the idea that I can, by sheer effort or willpower, fulfill someone else’s purpose.

Instead, I focus on my own path, knowing that it, too, is important.

After all, I am the only one suitably equipped with my talents, personality, and circumstances to fulfill my purpose.

It is okay to say no.

I can only expect to achieve success without burnout when I am focused on my goals and aware of my limitations. For this reason, I am able and willing to say no when the need arises.

I prioritize the people and activities in my life. I have let go of the idea that I should be able to come up with enough energy for every person and every activity that comes my way.

My family comes first. They know that, as does everyone else in my life. They are aware that I am incapable of dropping everything for their every whim, but I have granted them the security and confidence they deserve by putting their genuine needs first, above my work and social life.

They know that I am there for them when they truly need me, no matter what else is going on in my life.

I also take time to be with friends and colleagues who are positive, supportive, and who help me in my constant pursuit of excellence.

I have let go of the idea that I should be instantly available to anyone who asks. I am friendly with everyone, but my time is precious. I choose to spend it with those who will help me become my best self.

I take time to engage in activities that will relax me and further equip me to reach my dreams. I let everything else go, without feeling guilty or creating excuses because I know that it is okay to say no.

Putting Your Action into Overdrive

If you are seeking success in your life, you will need to learn how to take positive action every day to accomplish your goals.

Turning Positive Action into a Positive Life

When you put your best foot forward in all that you do, you’ll develop an intense passion that will be unmatched.

Sometimes you may feel like sitting back and doing as little as possible, but you’ll actually enjoy your life more when you are engaged in the things you love to do.

Life is more fulfilling when you are passionate about your work and family. Even though it may seem challenging to look at everything with passionate and positive eyes, such an outlook is possible.

I define success on my terms.

My success is unique and I am the only one who can characterize it.

I appreciate the successes of those around me. I can learn from them and enjoy their achievements. I appreciate my own success, even if it is not the same as others.

My success is determined and defined by me. That is what matters most. I can see the progress I make and only I will know where it came from.

It doesn’t matter what other people think about my progress because I build momentum on my terms.

Others have their own ideas of what success means to them, but I have my own mind to create goals unique to me. I let go of worrying about what others think and I embrace my goals with passion.

My success is perfect for me! I am proud of my progress and I celebrate each success, whether big or small.

Today, I choose to focus on my own progress and celebrate each success on my journey. And when I do, I feel satisfied knowing that I can surpass any goal I have set for myself.

Building a Life Full of Success

Do you have friends or family members who have achieved immense success in their lives and you find yourself wishing you could have that the same? Are you filled with envy toward the people who have everything they want?

Most of us experience these feelings from time to time, but instead of allowing jealousy to make you miserable and negative, you can create your own success. After all, you are the only person who can control how you define “success.” So instead of spending your time feeling jealous, you can spend your time filling your life with success.

Creating Success for Yourself

Many people spend their lives wondering when success is going to magically appear on their lap but, of course, it never happens this way. If, instead, we spend less time dreaming and more time building, we’d be much happier and success will be well within our grasp.

Rather than waiting passively for success to whisk you away, it’s time to create your own version of success. When you are proactively taking steps every day, you have a better chance of realizing your goals. After all, it’s far more productive than watching other people achieve success.

A great way to create the successful life you have always hoped for is to set clear, actionable goals. How do you want your life to be defined? What do you want to be doing a year from now, five years from now, or even ten years from now? What sort of goals can you set for yourself that will help motivate you and keep you going in the right direction so you can reach out and grab what you want?

You will want to make sure the goals you set are attainable. The best way to do this is to start with short-term goals that help you work towards your long-term goals. This will help you move forward and build momentum without becoming discouraged. Besides, it’ll help to keep your eye on the prize. If you set goals that are too ambitious, you will be more inclined to give up before you even get started.

Building a “Success!” Attitude

Your attitude and thoughts determine your success, so make sure they are congruent. If you have some negative or self-defeating inner dialogues, it will be much more difficult for you to achieve your goals and build the life of success you have always wanted. That’s why it’s a good idea to use the power of positive affirmations to propel you forward.

Affirmations can help people from all walks of life reach great success, even if they started out in the lowest of low places. So remember that success isn’t limited to the rich and famous!

Having a list of affirmations on hand can help you overcome those moments of self-doubt, envy, or even anger that you may feel toward others. Affirmations are simple thoughts like, “Each simple, completed task propels me towards success,” or, “I am worthy of great success.” These affirmations help to remind you of what your goals are and, in turn, remind you that you are worthy of all you desire, and more!
